TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Cumberland intends to consider adoption (Second Reading) of the By-law to Amend the Public Sewers By-law 25-08 at a Special Council meeting on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Community Credit Union Business Innovation Centre, 5 Ratchford Street, Amherst, NS.
The purpose of this By-law is to enable the implementation of the Intermunicipal Service Agreement between the Town of Amherst and the Municipality of Cumberland regarding sanitary sewer service.
