Second Reading and Adoption of the By-law and Development Agreement took place on September 23^rd, 2026 at a Regular Council meeting.

Purpose:

· To rezone a portion of PID 25216755 adjacent to 58 Dominion Street, Parrsboro from Downtown Commercial (CDwn) Zone to Mixed-use (CMix) Zone.

· Create a Development Agreement for Casey Realty (James/Dominion St.) Parrsboro for PIDs 25216755 and 25216680.
