The municipality currently installs graduate banners in Springhill and Parrsboro, as well as veterans’ banners in Springhill.

There has been an increase in requests from other groups and organizations seeking to have banners installed on municipal poles. These requests have highlighted the need for a formal policy to establish clear, consistent guidelines for pole banner installations in our communities.
