The Seal
By-Law
Sec. 1.The seal of the Municipality made of
metal in the year 1880 and have engraved thereon:
is and shall continue to be the common seal thereof.
Sec. 2.The seal shall be kept by the Clerk of the
Municipality.
Sec. 3.All deeds or documents to which the Municipality
is a party, shall when authorized by resolution of the Council be executed on
behalf of the Municipality under the common seal thereof, attested by the
signatures of the Warden and Clerk.
Sec. 4.The Warden or Clerk may affix the seal to any
certificate or document of the Municipality at the request of any person
desiring it for the purpose of authentication.

Clerk for the Municipality of the County of Cumberland, do hereby certify that
the foregoing is a true copy of a By-Law duly passed at a duly called meeting of
the Council of the Municipality of the County of Cumberland duly held and
convened on the 7th day
of February ,A.D.
1984 .
Given under the hand of the Municipal Clerk and under
the Corporate seal of the Municipality this 10th day
