The Planning and Development department plays a central role in land use planning and community and economic development within the Municipality. The Department's mission is to plan with the community for a healthy, viable and sustainable future. The Department can answer your questions about planning, building permits, property subdivision, development, fees, civic addressing, regulations, fire protection services, heritage, streetlights, and maps & GIS.
