Land Use Bylaw

The Land Use Bylaw specifies the types of development for which a development permit is required. It establishes permitted uses in each zone, building setbacks, lot sizes, setbacks from watercourses and special requirements for developments such as salvage yards and wind turbines. It also establishes the types of developments which require special development agreements.
